Teaching Internships

Applying for an Internship

If your aims in life is to become an educator, and if you enjoy working with children. then you can join our internship program as a preschool teaching internee.

What the internship program is all about:

It is a yearlong professional educational experience.
The intern is accepted fully into not only the life of the classroom but also that of the school.
The intern is assigned to a specific host teacher, where side-by-side teaching is encouraged.
The intern meets regularly with the school's intern mentor.
The intern is expected to be in the classroom for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Extra-mural involvement is encouraged—for between 2 and 4 hours per week.
Academic success is a priority. Internet access is free, and time for studying is provided.
A basic remuneration package is given.
