Fee schedules, refund policy and payment options

Assessment/ Application Processing fee

After you've made an enquiry and taken a tour, you'll need to complete our Admission Enquiry Form. Each family needs to pay an assessment fee also known as Application Processing Fee of 1500 BDT (per child).

This is a A non-refundable Application Fee and required to initiate the processing of your enrollment application.

New Enrollment and Registration Fee

Once your child has completed their assessment and we've offered them a place, you'll need to agree to our terms and conditions. Places are confirmed by paying a non-refundable New Enrollment and Registration Fees BDT 55,000 per Student.

This fee is paid only once, as long as a student is continuously enrolled. If a student leaves BABUI for more than two years and subsequently re-enrolls, the Enrollment Fee is payable once more.

Monthly Tuition Fee

Our Monthly Tuition Fees include school supplies, PE kits, extra-curricular activities, Swimming classes, Music tuition, an Intensive Language Programme, after-school activities, and the cost of school trips.

Refund Policy

All Tuition and academic fees are non-refundable after the start of school classes. Additional fees are refundable according in some case.

Frequently asked questions

The school visitors often ask several questions. Here we hope to provide answers to them.

  • When can I visit the school?

    You can visit Babui International School Campus from Saturday to Thursday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. You can also come with your child For free trial days by book a day in advance via the website or by phone: +880 1819 051 453.

  • Does the school work for six days a week?

    Lessons are provided from Sunday to Thursday. Chieldrens of Working Parents can join weekend activities on Saturday by paying additional fees. Our ASA/ECA teachers and Administration officials works on Saturday. We strive to empower our students to lead a balanced lifestyle.

  • How much is the assessment fee for new student enrollment?

    After you've made an enquiry and taken a tour, you'll need to complete our Admission Enquiry Form form. Each family needs to pay an assessment fee of 1500 BDT (per child). This is a one-off, non-refundable payment.

  • When do you enroll new students?

    Our academic year begins in January each year and we have two semesters in an academic year. The second semester begins in June so new students can join from either January or June semester. In case of admitting new students during the middle of any semester, students must need to submit report cards from their previous schools.

  • Do you have any Admission Priorities?

    Yes! We give first preference to siblings of students already enrolled in the Babui International School. Our second and third preference are children of alumni and children of teachers. We are commited to keeping families united in a single school.
